Approach
Slow at the start. Steady after.
Most project trouble is planted in the first fortnight. We spend time there so the rest is calmer.
Listen
A conversation about the problem, the people involved and any constraints on time or budget. You get a short written summary afterwards so we agree on what we heard.
Shape
We reduce the idea to the smallest version worth releasing, list what is deliberately left out, and give you a written estimate with assumptions spelled out.
Design
Flows first, then wireframes, then interface. Each stage is short and reviewed with you before moving on.
Build
Work in short cycles, with something you can open and try at the end of each. Changes are discussed openly, including their effect on time and cost.
Prepare
Testing on real devices, store listings, privacy wording, accounts and access. Nothing is released until the checklist is complete.
Hand over
Source code, credentials and notes go to you. Ongoing IT help is available during working hours if you want it.
And the quality bar?
We have written down the criteria we check our work against, and an honest note on achievements.
